Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Leeds Supreme Carpet Cleaning to our customers. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

• We provide carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning for domestic and commercial customers across Leeds and West Yorkshire.
• All services will be carried out with reasonable skill, care and in line with industry standards.
• While we aim to achieve the best possible results, some stains and odours may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed to be fully removed.
• Specialist treatments (e.g. stain protection, deodorising) will be offered separately and may be subject to additional charges.

2. Bookings, Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Services can be booked by phone, email or via our website.
• A £20 deposit is required to secure the slot.
• A booking is only confirmed once we have provided written or verbal confirmation.
• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will make the deposit non-refundable.
• If we arrive and are unable to carry out the service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions or incorrect information provided, an extra fee will be applied for rescheduling.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and are based on the information you provide.
• Any changes to the scope of work may result in an amended price.
• All prices include VAT (where applicable).
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
• Commercial contracts may be subject to alternative invoicing and payment terms by agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide clear access to the property and the areas to be cleaned.
• Please ensure adequate lighting, electricity and hot water supply are available.
• All fragile, valuable or breakable items should be moved or protected before we arrive.
• Pets and children must be kept safely away from the work area.
• You are responsible for notifying us of any known issues with carpets, rugs or upholstery (e.g. loose seams, pre-existing damage, special cleaning requirements).

5. Liability and Insurance

• We hold public liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our staff.
• We are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage or defects to carpets, rugs or upholstery.
  • Shrinkage, colour fading, dye migration or damage caused by materials that are unsuitable for wet cleaning.
  • Any indirect or consequential losses.
• Any claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the service.

6. Guarantees and Complaints

• Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.
• We may arrange a return visit to re-clean affected areas if appropriate.
• Our guarantee does not cover permanent stains, wear and tear, or issues arising after the clean.

7. Health and Safety

• Our technicians follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• You must inform us of any health and safety risks at your property.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the environment is unsafe.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, accidents, illness or equipment failure.

9. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
